Blue lock becomes the best selling manga series of 2023
According to Oricon's annual statistics, "Blue Lock" written by Kaneshiro Muneyuki and Nomura Yuusuke beats big shounen series like One Piece, JJK, and Chainsaw. It became the first Kodansha series to top the yearly ranking in the Oricon era. It shows the story of Yoichi Isagi who joins Blue Lock, an elite soccer program.
